1. How long does it take to ship out my order?

Our shipping policy states 2-3 days to process. Delivery times and rates are calculated at checkout.

2. Do you sell or ship internationally? 

Unfortunately, we do not sell or ship outside of the US at this time.

3. Do you take requests on inventory we want to see in the shop?

Yes! The Heka Divine would love to know what you want to see in the shop. Please head over to our "Contact Us" page and send an email with "Item Request" as the subject line. We are happy to see what we can do! 

4. Are there any delivery options for local sales?

No, there are no delivery options for local sales at this time.

5. Do you have a brick-and-mortar shop?

We do not currently have a brick-and-mortar shop. Occasionally, we can be found at pop-up fairs, craft shows, and witches markets in the Greater Austin area in Texas. No dates are currently scheduled but future dates and times can be found on the "Heka Markets" page of our website.
